Hi, I'm Clare. I have 2 young boys and work part-time as a Personal Trainer. I specialise in Pre & Postnatal exercise & offer group and individual running programs for all abilities.
I've always loved exercise & was a competitive triathlete and runner for many years (pre & post children!). After my 2nd child I decided to take that leap of faith and start my own business. I can honestly say I haven't looked back.
If I can help others lead a fitter and healthier life, boost confidence and self-esteem through exercise then I have succeeded in my mission!
I offer Personal Training, 1:1 pre and postnatal exercise and group running programs (couch to 5k and 5-10k) throughout the year. Running coaching is available for any amateur athlete with a short or long term goal, be it a quicker 5k or completing a marathon.
My qualifications include:
Personal Training, Level 3 (Premier Training).
Circuit & Kettlebell Instructor, Level 2.
Nutritional Advisor.
England Athletics Run Leader & Running Coach.
BuggyBeat Postnatal Exercise Instructor.
Pregnancy & Postnatal Specialist inc diastasis recti and pelvic floor programs (Burrell Education).
I am CIMSPA Registered, Fully Insured, DBS Checked & First Aid Trained.
I have a private studio in Wantage and cover the local area and surrounding villages
My availability is:
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday evenings +
- Thursday & Friday daytimes.
