Solicitor & Business Advisor
Free initial discussion. Fixed fees agreed up front.

Hi, I'm Jo, I have 3 kids at 3 schools and a job I love. My profession is a lawyer and other full time job is mum! After years in City law firms, I now have my own business providing advice to start up businesses and technology companies. I'm very happy to 'help a mum to get it done'.

I provide advice to start up businesses, whether you are doing it 'on the side', 'bootstrapping' or you have an angel investor, I can advise how to structure your business and provide contracts for selling goods or providing services that protect your business.

I also provide and review contracts for the operational side of things, like contracts with suppliers, management and staff, arrangements with shareholders and brand protection.

I am a Solicitor of High Court of England & Wales, LLM

I have a virtual office and can help wherever you are.

My availability is flexible.

Prices are variable, but all fixed fees agreed up front for work from start to finish (ie not per meeting, or by the hour or per question!) so no nasty legal bills.
