From £40/hr for multiple 1:1 training sessions
Hi, I'm Maddy. Originally from Bath, I'm an army wife and mum to two young boys.
I love being active and exercise has always been a present and important part of my life. Whether you are already exercising regularly and want to step up your training with fresh input and support or you're new to exercise and need guiding on where to start and how to train, I'm here to help.
I have been a qualified personal trainer for over six years and since having my own children I am passionate about supporting women to recover through the initial postnatal period, recovering pelvic floor engagement and healing diastasis recti (tummy separation) through safe exercise and functional movement.
I work out of Peak Movement Clinic in Milton, and can sometimes travel within the area around Didcot.
I offer one to one training, small group and online training.
My availability is usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday afternoon & Saturdays.
£50/hr for a single 1:1 training session
£45/hr for 5 session package.
£40/hr for 10 session package.
